EASE also runs HOBY Korea, as an exclusive partner of HOBY Leadership Foundation for the Republic of Korea, to give youth a variety of opportunities to build skills, experiences and global awareness in wide and diverse fields with leadership and innovation.

Its U.S. Center in Virginia provides opportunities for youth career exploration and operates programs to cultivate expertise in various fields, promotes social contribution and youth volunteer activities, trains software professionals, and promotes software-related conferences and international exchanges.
